Sausage Gratin
For 2-3 people
Ingredients
1 Frozen Premio Mild Italian sausage 16oz, cooked, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 cup broccoli, cut bite size
1/2 cup white white, your favorite
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese, your favorite
1 cup cream
Set the oven at 400F.
Cook onion and garlic with butter for about 5 minutes in a pan, add mushroom and broccoli and cook about 2 minutes. Add sliced sausages and white wine. After boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cook another 5 minutes. Pour all the mixture in the greased 9-1/2″ x 1- 1/2″ pyrex deep pie dish, pour cream and sprinkle cheese. Cook in the oven until cheese bubbles.
