Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs Premio Italian Sausage (hot, sweet or mixed)
1 C White Wine
1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 C fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
5 C cooked White or Brown Rice
1 box frozen Baby Peas (cooked and drained)
1 C Roasted Red Pepper (roughly chopped)
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
